Although every repair situation is unique, we have developed a customer service program, which ensures that our projects are estimated accurately, completed properly, and that your problems are solved, permanently.

When you contact DuraShield at 1-800-STAY-DRY, you may schedule an estimate. You will be provided with an estimate date and time, not an approximation.

Our estimator will arrive on time, armed with the expertise to properly evaluate your situation and make any necessary repair recommendation. You will be provided with a written estimate detailing the work to be completed, the guarantee, and the cost to you. You will not be pressured into signing a contract.

When you determine to proceed with a work order, our office personnel will schedule a work date. Your project will be supervised from its beginning to completion by a foreman. You will be able to watch the project and ask questions throughout. When the project is completed, the foreman will review the project with you before the crew leaves. Any questions that you have will be reviewed on site, to your complete satisfaction.

After your project is completed, you will receive a written follow up in the mail. You will have the opportunity to grade our office personnel, estimators, and field personnel. If you would like to be contacted by a member of management, you may indicate that on the survey and you will be contacted immediately. You will also have the opportunity to become a future reference for DuraShield.
